Mission Manage the partnership?s portfolio (advertisers or publishers) in order to fulfill the Company?s sales goals. Responsibilities/ Tasks - Maintain relationships with partners (advertisers or publishers) in order to maximize the Company?s profitability; - Research and recommend new partner-related opportunities; - Ensure the partner?s compliance with the Company?s internal procedures; - Setup, execute, optimize and evaluate mobile advertising campaigns accurately; - Create customized performance analytical reports that generate added value to the partners. Requirements Education and Training: - Bachelor degree in Marketing, Management, Economics or Statistics (preferred condition). Professional Experience: - Until 2 years of previous experience managing accounts and relationships with multiple clients. Skills: - Proficiency in MS Office. MISSION Manage, coordinate and provide a high level of service to IconPeak's clients (advertisers) in the Latin American region in order to fulfill the Company's goals. RESPONSIBILITIES/ TASKS - Setup, execute, optimize and evaluate mobile advertising campaigns accurately, while defining client objectives, in order to retain and develop IconPeak's portfolio of clients from the mobile app industry (includes gaming, travel, entertainment and m-commerce segments); - Produces campaign results' reports, performance analysis and forecasts; - Assures service quality and adherence to budget; - Assures monthly client billing and contract management; - Performs cross and up selling of IconPeak's services; - Upholds regular close contact with the clients (regular face-to-face meetings, phone calls and email communication), as well as participates on mobile industry events, with regards to establish and maintain strong client relationships. REQUIREMENTS Education and Training: - Bachelor degree in Management, Marketing, Economics or Engineering (preferred condition). Professional Experience: - At least, 1 to 2 years of experience managing accounts and relationships with multiple clients, ideally in the Mobile Performance Marketing market. Skills: - Proficiency in MS Office; - Familiarity with tracking providers (e.g. Appsflyer, Adjust, among others); - Advanced knowledge of tracking (campaign setup, trouble-shooting, among others). Responsibilities/ Tasks Acquire new partners: - Identify potential partners (advertisers and publishers) on prospection tools (LinkedIn, industry forums, among others) in accordance with the sales strategic objectives; - Participate on mobile industry events (e.g. Mobile World Congress, Affiliate Summit) in order to establish new business opportunities with advertisers and publishers. On board new partners: - On board new partners on the Company?s system assuring compliance with the Company?s procedures. Reactivate already existing partners: - Reactivate dormant partner?s accounts in accordance with the sales strategic objectives.
