You will help to deliver consistent Destination Experiences and KPIs across multiple source markets in your destination. TUI Destination Experiences, or TUI DX for short, is the world?s leading provider of destination experiences. We offer 14million guests a portfolio of excursions, activities, tours, transfers and guest services. TUI DX is part of TUI Group, the world�s leading tourism group. What you will be doing: - You will manage the full operations of the Group and Tours along with your team with operational day-to-day tasks including but not limited to ticket issuing, management of guest changes and cancellations - You will be preparing and providing quotations to clients and suppliers by utilizing your sales and technical knowledge for the preparation of quotation packages - You will be ensuring your quotation methodology that includes accurate of the content accordingly such as itineraries and pictures all of which you will work in partnership with the Product development team to agree. You will follow-up if needed with clients and suppliers to ensure quotes are satisfactory and accepted - You will be responsible for standardizing the RT quotations in the system, creating a standardized framework that enables you to obtain quotes and operate in the most efficient and effective way possible - Maximize the sales of selected products as well as assist with increasing revenue with regular reviews of cost of sales and renegotiations of adhoc contract conditions. As required, you will support with ad-hoc negotiations with suppliers/groups/roundtrips - You will be involved in developing and managing a cross-functional team with a variety of skills and experiences, as well as collaborating with other departments - As a line manager, you will need to ensure efficient linkages, cooperation and coordination between your team, with a vision of driving change and supporting the TUI Destination Experiences strategy.
