Propose and identify commercial actions to capture clients (workshops or fam trips), representing the company, to capture new accounts/clients and/or promote the business ? Look for and manage the most relevant and advantageous resources and information at the destination for the organization to carry out the services contracted by the client ? Organize and make inspection visits during the quote phase to the contracted services and products, to make sure they are available for the client on the requested dates and they offer us/our client advantageous conditions, meeting the quality and security standards set out by our legal and marketing departments ? Regularly identify and create new products/programs to offer as an innovation to our portfolio of clients as well as provide quotes and estimates for the product, negotiating prices if required, comparing several providers to find the most competitive price on the market, adjusting margins if necessary with the supervision of the Manager ? Check and review each service before the operation, ensuring that what was requested from the provider coincides with the service required by the client, to avoid possible incidents during execution, revise and check that the operations offered to groups are economically profitable, ensuring maximum service quality, minimizing invoicing errorsRequisitos : WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: ? Experience in working with large scale tour groups organization ? Highly organized and methodical person, with the ability to perform both independently and in teamwork ? Shifts flexibility and excellent disposition to deal with last minute changes ? Good Communication skills, not afraid from interaction with people and with the ability to maintain high level of Customer Service in very demanding situations ? Excellent verbal and written skills in Portuguese and English (other languages are advantageous)
